Finding a reliable web host is not always an easy task. There are many companies that offer cheap space and transfer. Many of these companies oversell what they can actually allocate knowing you will probably never use either. When a server is oversold it is likely your site will suffer a lot of downtime. At The Gallaria you can start small and expand both your space and transfer when you need it. The rates to do this are very reasonable. Why pay for service you don't need or risk downtime on an oversold server? I have used this hosting company now for over 1 year. Since March of 2004 I have monitored the site using Alertra (a website monitoring company). Alertra tests the connection every 10 minutes and e-mails me if the divice is down. The uptime has averaged 99.385% from March 2004 through Oct 2004.
